No school of your own, but you know one?

🌍 Pioneer schools programme

Pioneer Schools: 5 places until July 2027

Whoever joins by then pays nothing for the school's class until the end of 2030 — not on AbsolutePitchPiano, not on Absolute Pitch Class. From July 2027 on, new schools join on a paid plan.

So far one single music school has a class on the platform — a Brazilian one, listed on the Portuguese page. Check how your country stands today:

The first school to join from a given country is recorded as its first — a fact by date, not a title. While there are places left, your school joins as a pioneer all the same.

  • Free until 2030Your school's class — page, ranking and badge — costs nothing today and nothing after July 2027: the free period runs to the end of 2030. You get it in writing, by e-mail.
  • Your teaching needs, straight to the developerWhat your lessons are missing goes into a direct conversation with the person who builds it — no ticket, no queue. That is how both projects grow.

The wording that matters: “free until 2030” covers the school's class — its page, its ranking and its badge. Student accounts are already free for anyone, with or without a school. The window closes in July 2027 or when the 5 places are taken, whichever comes first. Whatever is agreed goes to you in writing, by e-mail, before anything is set up.

Each student creates an account and joins the class — on AbsolutePitchPiano by searching for the school in their panel; on Absolute Pitch Class with the invite code we send along with the link. From that moment they appear in your ranking and carry the school badge.

What it costs: nothing until 2030 for pioneer schools

Until July 2027, no school pays to set up its class. The 5 pioneer schools pay nothing until the end of 2030. From July 2027 on, new schools join on a paid plan — the price will be published here before it applies.

Student accounts are, and stay, free for anyone — with or without a school.

Questions from people who teach

Can I follow each student's individual progress?
Partly, today. You see every student in the school ranking — level, accuracy and average answer time — plus the statistics of the class as a whole.
What does not exist yet: a teacher dashboard with detailed per-student history, practice frequency and reports. It is planned, but we are not going to claim it already exists.
Where does Absolute Pitch Class come in?
The same school gets a class and a ranking on Absolute Pitch Class too — our project for rhythm, sheet-music reading, intervals and chords. Students join there with the school's invite code, which we send along with the page link.
What does not exist there yet: the public school page. On Absolute Pitch Class the class lives inside the app. It is planned, but we are not going to claim it already exists.
What happens in July 2027?
The pioneer schools programme closes — on that date, or earlier if the 5 places are taken. Schools that joined pay nothing for their class until the end of 2030. New schools, from then on, join on a paid plan; the price will be published here before it applies.
Is a student locked to the school?
No. Joining and leaving the class is one button in their panel, at any time. The account belongs to the student, not to the school — if they change schools, their progress goes with them.
I am a private teacher without a school. Can I use it?
Yes. The class can be registered as a teacher rather than a school — only the label changes, everything else works the same.
What becomes public about my students?
The same as for any other user in the site's ranking: the name they chose, their photo if they added one, their level and their performance. No e-mail, phone or contact details. Details in the privacy policy.
What if I want the school removed later?
You ask and the page comes down. The students keep their accounts and their progress, just without the link to the school.
My country already has a school. Can I still be a pioneer?
Yes, while there are places left: the 5 places go by order of arrival, not by country. The country check only records who came first — it does not make anyone an exclusive or official representative of anything.
